Sure Flow Safety Programs are based on UPITFOS standards and Sure Flow has maintained their Certificate of Recognition since 1998.
   
Sure Flow management holds and chairs  monthly safety meetings, the minutes of which are distributed to clients.   Memos, Hazard ID's and Safety Alerts are circulated to all consultants on a daily basis.
Sure Flow plays an active role in the development of industry manuals including: ORIENTATION AND TRAINING MANUAL, WELL CONTROL MANUAL, PROCEDURES MANUAL.  
   
All Sure Flow Supervisors receive training in Pro-Active Job Observations, Near Miss Reporting, Hazard IDs, and Behavioral Safety Observations.  Sure Flow ensures all supervisors have required industry certification.  

Sure Flow received a Work Safe Alberta 2008 Best Safety Performer Award.  Of Alberta's 160,000 employers, Sure Flow was 1 of 700 employers to receive this award for exceptional performance in workplace health and safety.
   
Award criteria: hold a current Certificate of Recognition (COR), disabling injury (DI) rate of 40 % LOWER than Sure Flow's industry average, NO DI's in most recent 60 consecutive person years of employment, NO more than 1 additional DI per each additional 60 person years, no work related fatalities in previous 3 years, NO outstanding compliance orders under Alberta's OHS Legislation, NO violations of OHS Act in connection with any incident investigated by Alberta Employment & Immigration during past 2 years, NOT currently being prosecuted for a violation under Alberta's OHS Legislation.  
Sure Flow received an Operations Integrity Award from Imperial Oil Resources Ltd. for conducting business with dedication, commitment and professionalism.  Additionally, Sure Flow received their most recent award in recognition of 7 years without a LTA (lost time accident).

Workers' Compensation Board Issues & General Liability Insurance Issues

Sure Flow  is fully registered with Workers' Compensation Boards of British Columbia, Alberta, N.W.T.  and Saskatchewan.  A copy of our clearance certificate can be obtained upon request.  Sure Flow has an extensive $ 5 Million Commercial General Liability Insurance policy in place for domestic as well as international work.
