Sure Flow Consulting is celebrating their 18^th year of operation, where as Sure Flow Oilfield Services is celebrating their 7^th year of operations.  Stephen Jessome, Warren Lamb and Barry Chappell credit their company's success to the contractors and employees that have made it all possible as well as a professional support staff. 

Sure Flow's professional support staff include our Accounting Manager, Marlene Strzepek, our Payroll Administrator, Jaime Drapaka and our most recent addition, HSE Manager, Cam Selmer.  These individuals streamline Sure Flow's administrative workload and are definitely a tremendous asset to Sure Flow's success.

Management is committed to continued support of their staff, with technical backup, as well as regulatory and safety training to ensure a continued long-term working relationship.  Sure Flow has maintained their Certificate of Recognition since 1998 and has always received marks in the high 90's.  Both companies are also registered and in good standing with the 3 Contractor HSE service providers: ISNetworld, ComplyWorks (formerly Canadian HSE Registry) and CanQual Inc.  Cam Selmer, HSE Manager for both companies, specializes in risk management, HSE program development, emergency preparedness and contractor management.

Since their inception, the two Bonnyville, Alberta, Canada based companies have swelled to a staff level of over 270, including more than 180 full-time contractors and 90 employees backed by an efficient team of skilled administrative and technical support staff.

Sure Flow applies sound planning, efficient programming and strong project management capabilities to a broad assortment of oil and gas projects.  "We supervise workovers, abandonments and well servicing;  pipeline and facility construction, restoration of lease and facilities, drilling, and most recently power engineers, production operators, tradesmen, camp staff and commissioning leads," says Chappell.  "In every endeavor, safety, loss control and compliance are our top priorities - aside from whatever it takes to meet and exceed the client's expectations."
